Regional Food Bank Hudson Valley: Ribbon Cutting

Governor Kathy Hochul announced the grand opening of a state-of-the-art food distribution center in Montgomery, Orange County. This 50,000-square-foot facility will expand the Regional Food Bank Hudson Valley's capacity to serve over 179,000 people facing food insecurity across the region. The center will support over 400 local food programs, providing essential resources and improving food storage and distribution capabilities. Funded through state investments and private donations, this facility represents a significant step in addressing food insecurity and ensuring access to fresh, nutritious food for Hudson Valley communities.
