Overview
The All-electric Multifamily Program (AMP) provides funding to electrify recently weatherized properties throughout the state through replacement of existing inefficient space heating and/or domestic hot water heating systems with all-electric, high-efficiency heat pumps. Additional funding is available for defined electrification enabling upgrades and the installation of on-site solar PV systems. The first $25M round of the AMP funding was made available in early 2026 and awarded to three Subgrantees. A new Notice Of Funding Availability (NOFA) has been released with an additional $57M in funding.
