The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Data Collection (TCDC) System is used to collect information on tenants living in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funded units. This information will be provided to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the required Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) reporting.
How to Register Online:
To register to use the system you must have received a letter from DHCR containing your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you did not receive a letter with a PIN, lost your letter, or have a problem using the online registration call 1 (800) 432-4210 or email [email protected].
Once you complete the new user registration you will be issued a User ID and a temporary Password will be emailed to you.
Users that have a User ID and Password:
