Block by Block is a funding opportunity available in five designated priority cities—Albany, Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, and Buffalo—to support small, concentrated, new construction infill projects of one and two-family homes. Non-profits may apply to build on vacant lots leading to the revitalization of underutilized blocks and increasing homeownership opportunities for first time homebuyers.
