Overview
HTFC seeks qualified Applicants to apply for federal Section 8 Project Based Vouchers. Through the Fall 2022 RFP, Applicants may request PBV rental assistance for new projects also seeking HCR financing or for existing projects funded by HCR. All projects for which assistance is requested must meet minimum federal and state requirements.
New this year, HTFC will accept applications for projects funded through the Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP). Please refer to details in the RFP.
An application workshop for this RFP was December 7, 2022. The recording and a list of Frequently Asked Question has been posted.
An Amended RFP was posted December 14 which corrects the Application Checklist and SRO PBV Rent information in Appendix I of the RFP.
