Overview
HTFC seeks qualified Applicants to apply for federal Section 8 Project Based Vouchers and Rural Rental Assistance Program.
Through the Fall 2023 NOFA, Applicants may request Project Based Section 8 rental assistance for new projects also seeking HCR financing or for existing projects funded by HCR or HHAP. All projects for which assistance is requested must meet minimum federal and state requirements.
New this year, Rural Rental Assistance Program (RRAP) is offered. The RRAP assistance for this funding round is limited to applicants who have existing NYS HTFC Agreements/ RRAP Contracts and are seeking additional rental assistance for unassisted units.
