Seeking a nonprofit technical assistance provider to administer seed grant funds while helping multi-family property owners establish a Family Self Sufficiency (“FSS”) program on behalf of their tenants. The TA provider will assist properties receiving federal Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance through the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) that are under the oversight of HTFC as Performance Based Contract Administrator (“PBCA”).
