Overview
The HCR leadership team's mission is to provide programs that can build, preserve, and protect affordable housing and increase homeownership throughout New York State. Their goal is to ensure that there is adequate and available financing to create and preserve multifamily housing, administer programs to improve housing conditions, increase accessibility, save energy and provide other resources to help thousands of low- and moderate-income New Yorkers purchase a home.
