Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC)
What We Do

AHC provides grants to governmental, not-for-profit and charitable organizations to help subsidize the cost of newly constructed houses and the renovation of existing housing

How It Works

AHC provides grants to governmental, not-for-profit and charitable groups (Grantees) to build, acquire/rehabilitate or improve homes for low and moderate income families

Access Grantee List

Individual homebuyers or homeowners can apply to local AHC grantees for homebuying or home repair assistance
