Program Overview
Following significant housing damage caused by storms and flooding on July 10-16, 2024 in Chautauqua, Erie, Essex, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Saratoga and Warren counties, HCR is making grant funding available to assist homeowners impacted by these storms. The Program seeks to offer emergency home repair assistance and/or reimbursement to impacted homeowners for whom home and/or flood insurance coverage is not sufficient to return the home to safe and habitable condition.
