Initial List
We are pleased to announce the establishment of our initial list of pre-qualified list of organizations for acquisition and preservation of Mitchell Lama developments (privately owned and managed) which from time to time may become available for acquisition. This list is based on the initial responses to the Mitchell Lama Preservation RFQ that was posted earlier on HCR’s website.
HCR would like to thank all organizations that have responded to the Mitchell lama preservation RFQ. Please note that we continue to review additional submissions received and will update this list periodically. Please refer to the original RFQ request if you would like to be added to this list.
