Western Catskills used a $9,500 NYMS–TA grant to complete a feasibility study for the historic Hobart Inn located in the Village of Hobart.

Pride of Ticonderoga used a $19,950 NYMS-TA grant to develop a feasibility and existing conditions study for the Cobbler’s Bench building in Downtown Ticonderoga.

$19,910 NYMS-TA grant was awarded to Better Neighborhoods to develop a façade improvement and building feasibility study for up to ten buildings in the Mont Pleasant neighborhood of Schenectady.

A $16,150 NYMS-TA grant was used to develop an existing conditions and feasibility study for a mixed-use anchor concept on a one-block tract midway on William Street in Newburgh.
