Media advisory: COMBINED NOTICE OF FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT, INTENT TO REQUEST RELEASE OF FUNDS FOR THANKFUL GARDENS PROJECT in THE CITY OF BUFFALO, ERIE COUNTY.
New York State Homes and Community Renewal has determined that THANKFUL GARDENS at 177, 185, and 187 Sumner Place, City of Buffalo, Erie County will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.
