Overview
The New York State HOME American Rescue Plan Program (NYS HOME-ARP) is a federally funded program allocated to New York State by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC). The NYS HOME-ARP program is designed to create and preserve Rental Housing, Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS), and enhance Supportive Services for the Qualifying Populations (QP) residing in units developed through NYS HOME-ARP.
