- This meeting will take place via Zoom. It will be held to determine the guidelines rates of rent adjustments, if any, for housing accommodations within its jurisdiction, subject to the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974 for leases commencing between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023. Instructions for members of the public to simultaneously listen to the meeting will be posted to HCR's website for the Office of Rent Administration under the Public Hearings section prior to the meeting. The hearing will also later be transcribed and the public will have the ability to view the transcript.
- Members of the public wishing to address the Board during this meeting may send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting that they be placed on a list of speakers no later than June 6, 2022. On the date of the meeting, all persons who have signed up to speak will be provided with instructions on how to call in to the meeting and will be required to call in when prompted by the Chair. - Certification Meeting
- The Kingston RGB will schedule a further public meeting to be held at a date to be determined later to certify the rent guidelines for ETPA leases commencing between August 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023, and FMRAs for tenancies under the board’s jurisdiction. A further public notice will be issued when the date and time for this meeting is determined.
