While the copy and mailing label requirements described in this Operational Bulletin no longer apply to MCI applications, these provisions still apply to Petitions for Administrative Review (PAR) that affect multiple tenants, Building-Wide Increase, Decrease, or Substitution of Service applications, and Building-Wide Restoration of Rent applications.
