Channel Daylighting and Improvements
This project converted undersized culverts to open channels leading to a new floodwater retention basin, where stormwater is retained and slowly released to avert downstream flooding.
Bay Park-East Rockaway Drainage Improvements
This project included upgrades to the drainage system by installing new drainage pipes of various sizes and new drainage structures along Lawson Avenue and neighboring streets.
