*UPDATE* SRDI Award Round 2024 has increased to $8,034,343
The 2023-2024 New York State budget made funding available for services and expenses of a Small Rental Housing Development Initiative (NYS SRDI). The Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“HTFC”) will offer this funding to preserve and create high-quality affordable multi-family rental units.
