Overview
The 2024-2025 New York State budget made funding available for services and expenses of a Small Rental Housing Development Initiative (NYS SRDI). The Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“HTFC”) will offer this funding to preserve and create high-quality affordable multi-family rental units. $6,000,000 is available in this round.
