State Weatherization Program (SWP) Notice of Funding Availability

The State Weatherization Program (SWP) has been authorized through the State’s Sustainable Future Program Funding in the amount of forty million dollars ($40,000,000) to assist eligible homes with affordable energy-efficient upgrades, including heat pumps, by directing $40 million to augment existing Weatherization Assistance Program funding.

Through this NOFA, HTFC plans to award funds to Weatherization Subgrantees and eligible non-profit entities that can demonstrate projects in their existing pipeline that qualify for the program. At HTFC’s sole discretion, and with Subrecipient’s consent, each award may be subsequently amended to add funds if additional properties are presented to the Agency for review, and if additional funds exist.  Eligible applicants are invited to submit applications for funding for the Program. Applications must be submitted via email to [email protected] before the Close of Business (5:00pm) Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
