Overview

Unified Funding is an annual, regionally-based, competitive funding opportunity for affordable multifamily housing.  It is a single, web-based application to access funding from multiple State and federal programs.  UF 2018 is offering nine different funding sources to prospective applicants.

The Request For Proposals (RFP) application packages are made available for Local Program Administrators (LPA). For those LPAs requesting funds under the Access to Home, HOME and/or RESTORE Program, applications may be submitted using the Community Development Online (CDOL) System. The RFP to be issued is part of the Unified Funding Materials. The application materials include other documents that applicants need, to apply for funds. Applicants should refer to the RFP to determine eligibility and submission requirements for each program.

Access the Community Development Online System (CDOL).
